I have just purchased the 2 movie collection of "The Green Mile / Forrest Gump," but there is no profile for it.  How do I down load just those profiles then connect them to a parent for both of them?  Would appreciate any help.

UPC 883929315611

There's a bit more to it than this but, basically:

Create a new profile for the UPC (Add the profile by UPC but untick 'Download from Invelos').
Only put in it the info for a 'parent' profile (see the Rules, but essentially only the info that applies to the 'packaging' not the films... ie. yes to price, media company, total runtime of the two films, rating of the package, production year (earliest film), case type, release date but NOT cast, crew, audio, subtitles etc)
Download the two film profiles
For each film disc put it in the PC drive and change the UPC to Disc ID:
DVD -> Change UPC -> tick use Disc ID from inserted disc
Change any necessary data for the films (they now will not have the same case type for example)

Note if the films are already in the database under Disc ID you can just download those versions (so long as they really are identical discs; if you put the disc in the drive it should prompt you to download the film profile if it finds it has the right one in the database already.

Go into your new parent profile and Edit it
Go to the Box Set Content tab
Assign your two films to the profile as children.

Hope that helps a bit!

You didn't mention whether this 2 movie collection is 2 movies on one single disk or each movie being on its own disk.

The above posts apply if each movie is on its own disk.

That said, I've seen more and more 2 movie collections with only a single disk present, especially in the localities of the USA and Germany. In that case:
Create a new profile with the UPC/EAN of the collection release. Fill in the details, as you see fit, that apply to the release (like SRP/RRP, release date, case, cover scans, ...).
For cast and crew you could temporarily download releases of each movie from the online db. Copy each set of cast, then of crew, into cast and crew of your new profile. You use separators to identify each set for each movie. For perfection-sake, you can verify the cast and crew lists against the actual film credits, then you could even upload this new profile to the online db.
Delete the temporary profiles.

Of course, if it is a single disk you can also create two child profiles for each movie if that is more to your liking, like if it were a 2-disk release. This is however NOT how it is supposed to be and you cannot upload that construct to the online db.

This should only be done if the two films are not separately bundled with their own UPCs in the boxset.

If they each have a UPC then the two films should each retain these, and would still be bundled in the boxset container.

Sorry, this is of course correct; in the UK in the vast majority of cases (no pun intended) the EAN/UPC of even separately bundled films is removed and replaced with 'Not to be sold separately' wording and I was going on my personal experience!
