Is this a bug and can it be fixed? |

@Kathy: I can't seem to reproduce this phenomenon. In general, Yves is right that this is not the best way to move your collection to a new computer. Restoring a backup of your collection on the old computer is indeed preferable, if only because then you will get your own cover scans whereas a download of the online will only give you the scans as they are in the central database. | | | | Last edited: by dee1959jay |

But, after downloading it and look under All, 585 titles do not have any information under Sort Title.
So, all of these titles show up before the rest of my collection - none of these is missing the Sort Title data.
Why would most of the titles download correctly and others do not?
If it correct online - why would the database remove this information when I download it?
Please note that none of these titles were changed by me (personal data, custom covers, etc.). |

Possibly the data wasn't uploaded correctly from your "original" database for some obscure defect. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!

It drives me crazy when something isn't working the way it should and I can't figure out the reason why.
When I uploaded the collection the Sort Title data was there and now it isn't. I don't understand computers but I don't see a logical reason how or why this would occur.
