Contributed Updated Image not appear in iOS? |

| | Posted: | | | | I recently contributed an updated DVD cover image for a particular title (that was my only change). The contribution was approved and released. I then updated my local profiles in DVD Profiler and uploaded to my online database.
However, after downloading database changes to my iPad, the cover image has not changed. I have not had this trouble with other images I have uploaded.
Could the team have approved the image and think they incorporated the change but actually forgot to make the change? If so, how do I get them to check and make the change? Do I re-contribute and mention that their change did not actually come through?
Have I done something wrong?

| | Posted: | | | | If the covers showing in your online collection I would say the issue isn't at Invelos' end. Covers only show in the online collection when they've been approved and released by Invelos.

The suggestion from Lithurge worked! I deleted the DVD entry from my iPad then re-applied the online updates & the "new" front cover now appears!
Sorry if it sounded like I was casting aspersions on the good work done by the contribution team. I thought maybe they may have simply forgotten to tick a box or something.
All now good. Thankyou very much for the very quick feedback. Much appreciated. I think the programs (Windows & iPad) work extremely well and reflect the great development work that has gone into this tool. |
