Hello,

I have a database of approximately 1000 DVD and I've noted that I never gave appreciations.

As I don't want to open 1000 titles one by one, my question is : is it possible to update just the field Appreciation regarding a title and enter a value ?

By example : having a list of all titles and just the field Appreciation available for modification.

I know it is a special request but...I try...

What is the field Appreciation exactly? Is it the movie / DVD review field?

If so:

There are probably two ways to accomplish this

1)
Rate one DVD.
Then select DVD -> Copy
Now flag all the profiles that should get the same review (using the space bar)
Then select Collection -> Flagged -> Paste -> Review

2)
The plugin BulkEdit is probably able to provide what you need.

I didn't see review as part of the bulk edit field options

Sorry, I use a French version...   

The field I need is maybe Appreciation in English ?

It is the field that we use to rate te movie and the DVD...like stars...in the personal fields...

That would be the Movie/DVD review field.
In that case you should try the way 1) DJ Doena proposed. That should work for you.
