Law & Order Repackage titles

I need some assistance in deciding hor these titles should be

Here is a link to an image of one

http://www.dvdempire.com/boxcover/1647970/law-order-the-first-year-repackage-movie.html

The titles in all the UPC parent profiles are in the format of:
"Law & Order: The First Year | 1990-1991 Season"

The titles of the Disc ID based profiles are in the format of:
"Law & Order: The First Year: 1990-1991 Season: Disc One"

Now I can see the logic in the child profiles comsidering the episodic rule stating to use the colon instead of the "|".

But on the other hand the way the way the whole edition is on the cover it could be viewed as "The First Year | 1990-1991 Season"

The one thing I do know is that the parent profiles should be consistant with the child profiles. I am thinking the parents should be "Law & Order: The First Year: 1990-1991 Season".  But I want other opinions on this.  I can change the children if that is decided the way to go.

Another thing to point out is the child profiles are only attached to the repackaged UPC's

Opinions?

I agree with your line of thinking. "Law & Order: The First Year: 1990-1991 Season" sounds right to me.

I agree. I think it should be standardized to "Law & Order: The First Year: 1990-1991 Season".

FWIW, the rules state:
"For titles which include periods, dashes, or other symbols, check the credit block on the back of the case if included. If not, check the film credits or opening sequence. Use these to determine whether to exclude or convert the symbol to a standard character such as ".", "-", or "*" "
