last week i installed DVD profiler on my desktop and loaded my collection. today i installed it on my laptop and uploaded my collection online. i then downloaded the collection to my laptop. However the thumbnails, which are fine on the desktop, are missing from the laptop. everything else went fine. how do i get the thumbnails to transfer?

You should make a backup of your collection on your desktop on a USB device, then restore it to your laptop. You are sure to have exactly the same data, which is not the case when you download your online collection.
