Hi,

I'm checking my blu-ray of Grimm's Snow White and found something I don't know if this should be in the online database.

I'm updating an excisting profile and they added 'Additional Voiceover Talent'-credits to the cast.
These credits are situated after the 'Sound'- section and before the 'Visual Effects'-section.

What should I do with these credits? Remove them or let them stand in the profile?

Grts,
Mitch.

IMHO those are crew credits, so I think that is right to remove them from the online database.

Invelos clarification regarding non-specific voice credits can be found here

Contributed ADR, Loop and other non-specific voice credits usually get accepted if this clarification gets mentioned.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Thanks guys.
Now I know these are not sound-credits, but cast-credits.

Those are credit as foley and sound effects, if you want pretend that they "act" you can consider these people cast.

There is no need to pretend anything.

Additional voices (such as Loop and ADR) get casted just as the on-screen appearances too.
That's why in many end-crawls there is an entry for exactly this (e.g. ADR Casting).

In many credits you will even find them to be specifically addressed as "actors" (e.g. Happy Endings (2005) where they are introduced as "ADR Actors").

So, apart from the position in the end-crawl, there actually is no reason to deny them the status.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!

We already add this exchange of POV:

I've nothing to add, evidently we agree to disagree.
