| Posted: | | | | How does one edit the 'Other' in features ??
I have rebooted PC and also did my weekly maintenance on PC,, but in the 3.0 version I have discovered that I can't figure out how to edit a phrase that has been put into the Other Line of the Features. i.e. .. My DVD of Elf has the line " 2-Disc Set, Sing-Along",, and I wanted to remove that phrase and even If I double click the entry line itself ( for the edit), and the either remove or cut the line and then go back to the page again, It is still there. Even if I shut down the program and restart reboot PC it is still there.
??? That has never been an issue before. Am i not doing it correctly?? | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

| Posted: | | | | This is due to the XML missing the Other Features field. The program uses the XML to determine whether anything changed. It will be fixed in 3.0.2. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

| Posted: | | | | Yep, thought I was going mad and not hitting save when I first saw it The 'work around' is to click a tickbox when you change Other Features, save, then go back in and remove the 'dummy' tickbox then save again... though I guess you all worked that one out | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |

| Posted: | | | | While on the subject of the Other Features box. Will the field length be increased? It seems silly to have such a big box but only allow for ~58 characters. |

| Posted: | | | | Jep, that also confused me quite a bit. Throw in the "non saving" error, I had a really nice DVDP moment when doing the "Natural Born Killers" 3-Disc Set. You really are tempted this way to question your sanity, especially if you're going through your collection on an upgrade sweep.... | | | Lutz |
