I have a disc ("Federal Hill") that offers both the original B/W and colorized versions of the film when you select "play movie" from the menu.

What do I select under features & formats to reflect this? Do I add anything under the "Other Features" box?

I would just check off Black and White and Colorized in the format section... and not add it to other features at all.

But not check "mixed", because each version is either one or the other ...

This!

Personally, I would add it to "Other Features" as well. The rules state:

"Examples of valid Other Features:

Trivia Tracks
Radio Spots
Film Introductions (which were not part of the original theatrical release)
Indications for multiple versions of a film"

So I'd add a note like "Both Black & White and Colorized Versions" or something.
