| | Posted: | | | | The "/" is certainly preferred and standard over "&" (probably to distinguish overtitlea where there is actually an & printed on the cover or as part of the title itself) plus IIRC the vote went to having spaces around the / (most people preferred the look and also, again, it seemed to be preferable to distinguish from a rare case where a single title would actually have / as part of the title itself) | | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |
