Can anybody tell me how do I get:
309 unused crew members;
637unused cast members,
58 unused studios. | | | We don't need stinkin' IMDB's errors, we make our own.

You have John Smith (1901) and John Smith (1997) in your database.
The latter one is used in movie X. Now movie X gets updated and John Smith is assigned to the former one. Now you have an unused John Smith (1997) in your DB.
Or you have sold movies or given them away.
Or you've downloaded profiles for comparison or into your wishlist and then removed them again.
The number is only significant when you know when you did your last repair and what you've done in the meantime.
Otherwise it just accumulates over time. | | | Karsten

Studios: in the past the length of this field was more limited than it is now. E.g. Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment wouldn't fit, leading to abbreviations being used. The profiles in question may meanwhile have all been updated, leaving an unused abbreviated entry in your database. | | | | Last edited: by dee1959jay |
