If memory serves this is treated not as a box set of films but as an anthology of shorts and the child discs are considered optional, therefore the cast/crew are associated with the parent.  Other features are also rolled up into the parent which can stand alone.

I don't have database access presently but believe various submissions have attempted to change this and all were voted down by other contributors and the screeners.

I agree with the current state of the profile.  As with all parent/child sets with cast/crew in both I simply delete the cast/crew I don't want (the parent) and go about living my life.
