| Posted: | | | | I recently upgraded my phone from the Galaxy s4 to the Galaxy s5. I never had any issues with the mobile app on the s4, but with the s5 I can't get it to connect to my server so that I can sync the app with my DVD Profiler that is on my laptop. Any idea's why this could be happening, or what I can do to correct it.
Thanks Dave |

All my android devices have stopped connecting I have my IP change (laptop or PC) from day to day. My first step is to run the Test and see what comes back. Just for yucks, is the wi-fi turned on, on your new phone? |

The solution that works is to uninstall the firewall, test the connection, then if it works, reinstall the firewall and configure to allow the connection. | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Do I get this correct: You are trying to connect your Android Device with computer A to access a database that is running on computer B? | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
