I recently found out that the episode "The Perils of Penelope" which is supposed to be on Disc 3 is missing, for some reason the episode "Sun Probe" which is on disc 1 is in its place. I suggest everyone check their disc.

I recently sent an e-mail to Shout! Factory on this matter.

This 4:3 US release? Or this cropped 16:9 UK release?

I received an e-mail from Shout and they told me that both episodes start the same because the beginning  of  "The Perils of Penelope" starts as a flashback of the "Sun Probe" episode, so I watched it and they are correct. There is no problem with the set, sorry about the confusion.

Well, we could produce a lot of mistakes, if you like that better.
