According to the CLT there is a William Baldwin that acted in the 1970 movie Brewster McCloud.

I want to check and see if this is the same William Baldwin that was born in 1963.

The character's name in Brewster McCloud is Bernard.

The William Baldwin in Altman's film, who plays Bernard, the boyfriend of character Suzanne, played by Shelley Duvall, is not the same as the one born in 1963 (who would have been 6-7 yrs. old in 1970).
