Trying to figure out who gets credited for an episode of the 2003 Astro Boy.

All the following is from one episode.

From the opening credits.

Easy enough, the Ex. Producers get credited.

As do the four producers.

As does the writer and director.

Then we have credits under U.S. Production
Does both get credited?

The rest is from the end credits of the episode.
Does the studio get entered into the Studio field?

Does the Main Title directors get credited?
What credit does the composer get? Composer or theme? There is already a credit for "Original Music by" before this one.

Then we have an entire group credited for doing stuff on this episode called "Power Up".
I would assume that the director and art director gets credited too.

Elsewhere there are editors credited, yet later in the end credits we have this.
Does this person get credited too?

I don't really know how this should be handled because it is not clear what is meant by "U.S. Production". As far as I understand this is a Japanese series that is produced in English language. This could mean that David Hartman only directed the voice actors, in my opinion not enough for a director credit. But this is just guessing...

Main title directors do not get credited, and in my opinion the main title score composer should be listed as theme composer.

I am not sure about the "Power Up" thing, is this an episode of the series or a part of an episode?

The additional editor should get credited under a Group Divider.
Recently bought films:

That's the episode title.

OK... so I guess the opening credits are always the same but the end credits differ for every episode? This is all very confusing. If Kazuya Konaka didn't direct this episode, what was his job?

This is really a special case, maybe you should just go with your intuition.

The only thing I can think of is that one directed the original Japanese version and the other directed the American version.
