Never saw a message like that. You might try opening a support ticket.

Is the UPC#013132635880?

That is the UPC# for Burnt starring Bradley Cooper.

If that is indeed the UPC# then it sounds like a case where you would have to use the variant method.

You would have to add the current profile using that UPC#. Then once done create an alternate profile by clicking on DVD on the Toolbar, click on Change UPC/Locality and then click on the long rectangular box on the right. Then click on Create New Variant Version that matches your locality and click OK. If you want to retain the non-variant profile check the Retain existing profile and create a clone box.

Then edit the variant profile to match what pertains to your movie/tv show.

At first, I was thinking the same thing as CubbyUps. However, that UPC does not come up as anything when I try to add it. Plus, Burnt does not hit theaters until the end of October, so it seems very early to already have a UPC for the eventual blu-ray in the database. Maybe CubbyUps is seeing a placeholder until Burnt is announced?

Nah, I just looked up the UPC# of Burnt on the internet. I didn't try it via dvdprofiler. I just did that and as of right now it's not in the database.

Sorry if I was misunderstood.

Anyway, here is where I found that UPC#.
