Hello all
Bit surprised due last rejections I had.

WaY i did:

- Dvd on laptock, add dvd to dvdprofiler using dvd choice, filled all stuff I could, scanned cover in my
printer and posted it to contribution.

Both were rejected and reason is that Upc/ Ean of the conver doesnt match the profile`s upc/ean

Question is, how can they say that if it is not true?

Well, first question would be: did the cover scan you submitted indeed contain a UPC/EAN or not? If so, then why did you submit by Disc ID instead of the UPC/EAN?

Or is this a different version (re-release) of an existing profile with a UPC/EAN? In that case you should use the alternate versions by UPC/EAN.

If the cover contains no UPC/EAN, then you are right and submitting by Disc ID is the only option. In that case I would recommend to resubmit and to mention in your contribution notes that the release has no UPC/EAN.
