A disc (DVD-ROM or Blu-ray?) has DVD-ROM content?

"Content available only via DVD-ROM. (Check this box in addition to any other check-boxes for that content – do not list specifics in Other)."

How do you know it is only available via the disc?

I'm updating some disc profiles for "Boardwalk Empire", and it has "enhanced viewing mode" as an option on about every disc. This mode is used to provide super trivia track / additional episode commentary via picture-in-picture.  Discs also have other stand-alone "traditional" featurettes and commentary. So I check boxes for Featurettes, Commentary and Picture-in-picture?

How do you know that you have "BD-Live" on a disc, and when to check that box?

Do you ever put "BD-Java" in the "Other Features" box?

Thanks.

Most players tell you when accessing the Internet. For DVD-ROM, if it works in a standard player, it's not a DVD-ROM feature.

DVD-ROM Features means content which is played on a PC/Mac, like additional PDFs, Games, Compressed Videos, etc.
Easy to recognize: Every disc which has more than a VIDEO_TS and an AUDIO_TS folder in the root directory.

Boardwalk Empire: If it is a DVD, then it is a trivia subtitle track - can be found with the subtitle languages. If it is BD, then I assume it to be PiP...

BD-Live is accessed via the BD menus - therefore it has to be listed in the menus - and it is the feature which loads additional content from the internet...

Hope that helps...
