Hello all
Please may you tell me the procedure if Ean case and cover case are different?
It is not the first case I find that Ean on case is on the Db but cover case is not.
Also how to do if no Ean is found, which one should I use?
B rgds and thx

What exactly do you mean by "EAN case" and "cover case" are different?

Use the outmost visible EAN to create the profile.

PS: to upload images use services like imgur.com and link to it.

If I understand you correctly, you have a re-release with the same EAN, but with a different back cover. The basic rule is that the earliest release is the one that should be in the online database.

However, there is a provision in the rules for Two or more releases of the same title with largely different cover images. See alternate versions. However, that said I don't personally think that those are "largely different", so I would not create an alternate version.

It seems complicate to explain myself.

No, both covers you see belong to same dvd release I have.
If you see photos you can somehow notice that one is the plastic case cover and the other is where this case is held within the book.
And each one has different Eans

Use the Slip Case EAN (the outmost visible EAN) to create the profile.
