Missing DVDs on uploading?

I have 80 discs in my collection at the moment, 79 owned and 1 ordered... But when I go to upload the collection (I changed some discs to match what they should be - eg. box set contents of the Red Curtain Trilogy) it tells me I only have 22 in my collection (owned)

Seems to be working again now, but in between random attempts I had 22, 36 and 55 as "collection sizes" that I could overwrite with

I have the same problem, but if I close and reopen the program, sometimes everything is all right, I have the version 3.0.1...
