There aren't really any localized versions of this - it looks like the same release is sold in all PAL-land, and there is no localized version for each country.
Now, the only profile for this EAN has locality Netherlands, but the media company, [PIAS] Comedy, is localized in Belgium according to their phone number.

For me I open them always with the locality where the rating is from. So rating United Kingdom, then the film should be open only there and nowhere else. But this is my opinion. | | | *
