The link leads to one of my entries, which shows all relevant information: * Who is the person (name, profession, references) * Where comes the BY from (iMDB alone is not sufficient, as any other single source should be rechecked) * Who are the others to jusitfy the necessity of the BY and, if there are different name variants * How was the name determined (CLT, common name thread, etc.) That's it: the BY is documented.
