Question on submitting a new dvd or blu-ray

I just added a new entry for Adventures of Merlin - Season 1 with the new UPC and cover scans to DVD Profiler on my Windows pc. When I saved the new info I got the pop-up to submit the contribution and it asked if I wanted to submit the cover scans so I clicked yes. When I look at my contribution on the DVDP website I don't see the cover scans uploaded. Is that normal when you add a new UPC for the first time?
