I have the US Amazon-exclusive Miyazaki set. I was trying to contribute it, but I'm a little confused about the bonus disc. It contains Miyazaki's retirement press conference, an episode of Yuki's Sun he directed and three episodes of Little Samurai he directed. Do I enter the press conference as if it were the main feature on the disc (It's listed first and longest) with two sub-children, one for each show, or do I do something different?

For clarity's sake, this is a twelve-disc box with his eleven features and a bonus disc with miscellaneous stuff that doesn't relate to the features.

Yes, the TV shows are Bonus Feature Films. Do not forget to add the titles of the Bonus Feature shows to the Other Feature field of the parent Bonus Material profile.
Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. [Ken Cole, DVD Profiler Architect]

So should the main bonus disc profile treat the press conference like a main feature in terms of running time, cast, etc, or should it just be listed in other features and otherwise left blank? Are the bonus feature film profiles children of the bonus disc or the set?

Of the bonus disc, which is the related main profile here, else the episodes were Feature Films of the parental Box Set, which they aren't. The press conference is not a Film but a Featurette, this is just a disc with Bonus Material. The press conference is not a valid Other Feature either, instead the titles of the Bonus Feature Films belong to the Other Feature field.

A featurette is a short documentary. This is neither.

No, a Featurette is Any video documentary material regarding the film, or those associated with it, to be perfectly clear.

Per the rules, bbbbb I correct.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.
