I submitted some changes to approved profile, UPC 054961-226092.  While doing so, I noticed that disc IDs existed for child profiles for this box set, but when I check for child profiles on my database, the system says there aren't any.  I don't understand why this is happening.  I want to get the disc IDs online to download to my database, but they won't.  The profile on my database is not locked.  What would cause the disc IDs online to not download?

As far as I can see there are no Disc ID child Profiles online for 054961-226092. So they'll need to be contributed.

Because they are not online.
The previous contributor, rink_no2, had child profiles by DiscID locally, but he just uploaded the parent profile not the children.

Another thing that might be happening is that is that someone submitted the child profiles and they were approved but did not submit the changes to the parent profile that links them.
