Is this the one (UPC 032429251954)?

(larger image)

The rules say:
Use the title from the front cover.
Here the cases containing the disc(s) and their respective covers (with the title on the front) are packaged in a lunchbox partially covered with a J shaped piece of cardboard.

Obeying blindly to the letter of the rules would force to use some text from the J piece of cardboard as the title of this box set.

Locally, I would follow the spirit of the rules using:

Title: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turles / Teenage Mutant Ninja Turles: Out of the Shadows
Edition: Collective Turtle Lunch Box Gift Set

Instead of contributiong anything which is likely to be controversial, I would suggest to use this example as the starting point of a discussion in the contribution comittee; the purpose would be to add a paragraph to the Title section of the rules, to guide us in the case of those special editions in boxes with figurines and other collectors items.

There is no front cover here, so there is no way to take the title from the front cover.  The titles are, however, on the top of the 'J shaped piece of cardboard'.  While I won't be using what you suggested in my local, I don't see any other option for the on-line.

I, personally, don't see the need for a change to the rules.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.

We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

Wouldn't it be more like

Title: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Edition: Collective Turtle Lunch Box Gift Set

Then have
"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows" as separate entries for box set contents?

Please tell me you are kidding.  If not, then I change my original thought and maybe there is a need for a rule change.

Why would I kid?  The OP sounded serious to me.

I don't understand the reluctance to accept what seems plainly evident.

Why though? Technically, that's what it is. It's no different than, say, the Midnight Horror Collections, some which have 10 or 12 movies in them. It's not feasible to have every movie in the title, so we end up with something like "Midnight Horror Collection: Blood Predators", then all the movies in the box set contents. It's also not described as a "double feature", say like this one (What's The Matter With Helen? / Whoever Slew Auntie Roo?: Midnite Movies Double Feature)

Personally, after reflecting on it a bit, I would use the title "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Collectible Turtle Lunchbox Gift Set", then set the edition to Limited Edition, but I'm fairly particular about sorting.

There is no reluctance, we just have two different ideas as to what seems plainly evident.

This is how I will do it locally, as it makes the most sense to me.

If it seems evident to you that the top of the box is the front of the box then yes, we do have different ideas.

The bolded would be backward.  The top, the bottom, and the back all list  "Teenage Mutant Turtles: Out of the shadows first.

So should the online be

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows / Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Edition: Collective Turtle Lunch Box Gift Set

I notice you didn't mention what was on the front of the box, which is where the title is supposed to come from.

What's the point of asking what the correct title is when you're just going to do whatever you want regardless of The Rules?

Quoting TheMadMartian:

The box has six sides -- front, back, top, bottom, left and right, so there is a "front" and it has a "title" on it, though it appears to be to no one's liking.
