| | Posted: | | | | Copying cast and crew directly from the credits can be a chore. Copying the data from IMDb isn't allowed if you want to contribute the profile. But you can use it as a starting point. It's easy if you use D J Doena's CastCrewEdit and my CastCrewCheck. I have made a short screencast that shows how easy it is. (You probably want to maximize the video.) There is obviously more you can do with these programs. Check them out if you haven't already done so! | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users.

A functionality which I wish was in DVDProfiler is to be able to copy cast and crew from an online preview without having to download a title to your local database. And as to my product page there is a link at the very bottom of the page.
None of my programs come with an installer. You just open the zip file and drag (or copy/paste) the enclosed catalog to wherever you want it. You can create a shortcut to the .exe file and send it to the desktop, or wherever you want it. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users.

You need CastCrewEdit (from DJ Doena) in order to screenscrape the credits from IMDb, and CastCrewCheck (from me) to check the credits against the actual movie or TV show. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users.
