I let a message in the forum but nobody can answer me exactly.

My question is simple : I would like to have a collection view with the Title AND the Original title but Original title is not available in the proposed fields.
How can I solve my problem ?

Note that I want to stay in the original DVD Profiler.
Some have proposed the Bulk Edit plugin but it is not what I want (even if it is useful).

Is there a reason why the field Original title is not available in the proposed fields or is it simply impossible ?

The solution to have "Title (Original title)" in the options is not what I want, I can't sort by original title by this way.

But if you prefer to have "Original title (Title)" than "Title (Original title)", it is possible with a translation file : you "translate" Title to Original Title and Original Title to Title, and of course you permute texts in the fields.

Translation files allow to customize your program and can be used to replace uninteresting fields by those you want. For example I use "Rating Details" field for "Box office results". The "problem" is that you cannot contribute on those fields, but the best way to have a clean database is to ignore totally Invelos's "database".

Thanks for your answer but I don't understand why it is so difficult to have the two fields.

Yesterday I found a solution but with a report. And in this case, I can add Title and easily add Original title, there is evne an icon to select it.

Maybe it is not useful for many people but I'm Belgian and the translation from English to French could be something funny.
And my idea was to sort by Original title, thing I can't do with the option "Title (Original title)".

Should it be possible to simply ask to the developers if it is possible to put the field "Original title" available in the colomns ?

Yes, it is possible to ask. As for answers, I asked for some features 10 years ago and still have no answer...
