| | Posted: | | | | OK, Devion27 and I have tried to update this profile (it's in the online database already) and both contributions are just blank. Nothing shows up to vote on.
We've tried, is anyone else having this problem with either this profile or any other profile?

contribution to 043396539273 will be treated as an entirely new contribution, as if it was a UPC that has never been entered before. Those can never be voted on - this is no exception. So just submit it, and chances are it'll go through without a hitch. |

Hopefully it'll be approved. Let's hope so. If not, then there are two options left. Option #1 would have been to open a support ticket, asking Invelos to "reset" 043396539273 somehow. Unfortunately, the support tickets don't seem to be answered anymore, so that brings us to option #2, which is to use an " Alternate Version" profile. This is obviously not what "Alternate Version" profiles are meant to be used for, but if everything else fails, then that could be a way to get the profile into the database after all. |
